Similar to Praxgirl or eEconomics, there is another series I would like to move slowly through, based on the Book Economics in One Lesson by Henry Hazlitt. I would highly recommend the book, but if you do not have time to read it, perhaps you will have under 3 minutes every week to watch a video…
In the meantime, though I thought about doing it in its own post, there are a few things NOT to do in economics that you should be aware of, but mainly the answer is don’t trust Paul Krugman:
- Don’t discount other opinions out of hand or do to their source.
- Don’t be a Mean Girl, slash use ad hominems to do all of your talking.
- Nobel Prizes in Economics aren’t that.
- Listen to Hazlitt, not Krugman.
